Gillock Gallery was founded in Evanston, Illinois in 2002 as a gallery of contemporary art.  Among the first artists represented were Melissa Ebbe, Matt Ballou, Melanie Deal, Roy Robinson, Audrey Niffenegger, David Gracie, Olivia Ortega, Marion Kryczka, Lisa Pilarski, Mike Ellis, Holly Holmes, Tom Burtonwood and Michael Hernandez de Luna.
